Top tips for a lasting brow lamination

Hello troops - Keira here, this time we’re going over all our top tips to keep your brow lamination looking fresh, conditioned and lush for the 6-8 weeks until your next appointment!
First of all, it’s super important to note that brow lamination is a chemical process, similar to a perm for the hair on your head. Understanding this makes it easier to understand why aftercare is crucial to ensure you get the best possible results out of your treatment.
In the first 24hr post brow lami, we highly recommend avoiding the following:
Sunbeds
Saunas/steamrooms
Showers
The single most important thing when it comes to brow lamination, is keeping your brows hydrated and conditioned. This can look like a number of different things - castor or almond oil, nourishing brow oil (we retail these in the salon) or even some conditioner on your brows when you’re in the shower. Doing any of these things daily will prevent your brows from drying out and having that “frazzled” look.
Next up we have maintenance appointments - not essential but definitely worth it. This involves a simple tint & wax, and in our salon we include a deep hydration treatment that ensures your brows are absolutely drenched in hydration for a few days.
TLDR - aftercare for brow lamination is fairly simple - keep em hydrated, keep in the loop with your beauty therapist and keep those brow appointments BOOKED!
